I finished two of my own quilts. It was so cloudy when I took the pictures, I will wait for a nice, sunny day and retake the pictures.
I have been very busy quilting customer quilts. This Moda Charm Square quilt was pieced by Carol Ann from Calico Cats and will be displayed next week at the Houston Quilt Show/Festival. I used the pantogragh "Hearts a Flutter" for the quilting.
Cute pink backing with flowers.
Rhonda made this pink and green Basket quilt for her sister which I quilted with "Meandering Dasies".
Small Star cornerstones between the green sashings.

Wow, they're beautiful!!! I love the first quilt with oranges!
The other quilts are lovely too. Do you have your own quilting machine? I stopped in a longarm shop and realized that I can never afford to have anything quilted. =( It made me sad. I don't know if I could save for a year to do just one quilt...so I've got to figure out how to do it myself. =)
Everything you've done is beautiful.
What beautiful quilts! The two you made are just lovely, clouds and all! LOL
The quilts and the quilting are beautiful.
You really want an overcast day or late afternoon, the sun will wash out the colors. The colors look beautiful on my puter.

Your quilts are beautiful. I like your long arm quilting too.
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH just totally love them!!
Looks fantastic Millie. Who is the designer of the meandering daisies?
Such beautiful beautiful quilts, I'm sure it can get hard to hand some of them back. Your two look fabulous, oh all the inspiration!
That square in a square design is so nice. I know what you mean to be able to get time to quilt your own in between customers is nice. How cool to have a client's quilt in the Houston show that you've quilted. I've never been to the show and would just LOVE to someday go. Have a great weekend!
MY oh MY oh MY...Millie...all of them are pretty amazing if you ask me...that is why you have been sew quiet per say..you have been hiding in that sewing room of yours...I gotta do that after nov 1st...I see that orange one..you know that is reflective of such happy feelings..I hope it made you happy..as it certainly does me...I made something orange...you will have to go and see...wink..xx
Oh my gosh you know "Hearts a Flutter" is going to really catch the eyes at the Houston show. Happy for you. As always, your work is impressive!
Millie, I don't know how you find time to make your own quilts with all those you quilt for others, but those two sure are pretty! Love your quilting on the rest, too!
Fabulous quilts Millie! You did a wonderful job! It is nice you did your own quilts!
I love the Hearts Aflutter quilting. It's awesome!
Sjoe, die twee kwilte wat jy gemaak het, is regtig oulik! Ek hou van die kleur skema.
Dit moet seker 'n groot plesier wees om met sulke liefike kwilte te kan werk. Jy het 'n wonderlike talent!!!
