Thank you and thank you again!

Thank you so much for all the comments on my little give away and for all the new friends/followers I made. I am absolutely stunned and I could not believe the wonderful response I got. I wish I could give everybody something.

My 13 year old daughter picked the first comment for the winner. Leta's Bits and Pieces can you please e-mail me your snail mail address?

I am so grateful for all my blogging friends and decided to give away this little pink and green quilt with a watering can candle too. And the lucky number is 255, the last comment. Pamdux can you also e-mail me your snail mail address?

It seams like the whole country is having record time low temperatures. Max is staying warm with his new quilt.

Look what I got in the mail...the cutest coffee quilt by my friend, Zlaty from Zlaty Sews. Zlaty thank you so much for the PIF gift. I will treasure this quilt for ever.

I completely agree with this block. I don't think I could go a day without a little caffeine.

Also with Zlaty's PIF coffee quilt, I got this blue snowman panel. It's kind of lucky that blue happens to be my favorite color. If you do have time, please visit her blog.

My Green Strip quilt is quilted and washed.

Close up of the 6.5" trip quilt.

I like the pink and green backing just as much as the front of the quilt.

This is my finished blue and brown quilt. Thank you so much for all the advice in this posting. I went with the second layout.

I had one 4 patch block leftover which I took apart and use as cornerstones. This is an easy solution for the stripe border fabric.

Brown scrappy backing.

Happy Quilting!

I am very excited you love your coffee quilt Millie. You are so right it is so cold that even Max needs his own quilt. Your blue and brown quilt is very pretty. The second version was my favorite also.
It is very generous of you to give away a second quilt. I am surprise how much I like the stripe quilt, it's simple and elegant.
